Free standard shipping on every U.S. order with no minimum. Your order ships as soon as it's ready and you'll receive tracking automatically.
Express Delivery
Need it faster? Choose express at checkout for priority U.S. delivery. Orders of $250 or more automatically qualify for free express shipping.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. A flat fee applies to international orders based on your destination, calculated at checkout. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance.

Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
14-Day Returns
Prints and artwork can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Free Replacements
If your print arrives torn, marked, or damaged in transit — or if you received the wrong item — we'll send a free replacement. Just share a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
No Return Needed
You don't need to send the damaged piece back. We'll get a fresh print out to you as quickly as possible at no cost.
Shipping & Refunds
Buyer Covers Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We recommend a tracked, insured service to protect the artwork in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations must be requested within 6–8 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel, email info@sejiart.com with your order number right away. The sooner we hear from you, the better.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking once it ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't entered production. Cancellations must be requested within 6–8 hours of purchase. After that, the order is locked into our production and shipping flow and can no longer be cancelled. Email info@sejiart.com with your order number to cancel.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Express shipping is free on U.S. orders of $250 or more. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on destination and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
My order didn't arrive, arrived damaged, or was incorrect.
We've got you. If your print arrives torn, has marks on it, was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, email info@sejiart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged piece. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
Can I exchange for a different size or print?
Yes — if your item is eligible for a return (unused, within 14 days), we can exchange it for a different size or print. Email us with your order number and the variation you'd like instead.
